Return and Exchange Policy

Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  1. Defective or Expired Products:
    • Please inspect the product before making payment. If the product is damaged during transit, please refuse to accept the product and return it to us.
  2. Product Not Usable Upon Delivery:
    • Before use, please carefully read the product’s label and ensure it meets your needs. If the product is not usable upon delivery, contact us immediately for assistance with returning the item.
  3. Incorrect Product Delivered:
    • If you believe that the delivered product does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our system will check if the wrong item was sent. If so, we will replace it with the correct item (subject to availability).

Conditions for Return and Exchange:

  1. Timeframe for Return/Exchange:
    • Requests for return or exchange must be made within 1 day of receiving the product. Please call our customer service number immediately to confirm the return or exchange.
  2. Return/Exchange Conditions:
    • The returned product must be in its original packaging.
    • The warranty card (if applicable) and company seals on the product must be intact.
    • The product being returned/exchanged must include the original box, user manual, and be unused.
    • The customer is responsible for transportation, packaging, collection fees, and communication costs, up to a maximum of 20% of the order value.

Return and Exchange Process:

Step 1: Upon receiving the product, please thoroughly inspect it before accepting delivery. If any issues arise, contact our Customer Support Center immediately while the delivery personnel are still present.

  • If the delivery personnel have already left, and you wish to return or exchange the product, you can contact us to arrange for the process and schedule the return/exchange.

Step 2: After the Customer Support Center confirms the return/exchange, they will schedule a pick-up date.
