Warranty and Return Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • The product is within the warranty period.
  • The product is eligible for warranty as per the supplier’s policy.
  • The customer presents a valid warranty card when requesting warranty service.

2. Cases Not Covered by Warranty:

  • The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card or the warranty card is lost.
  • The warranty card does not clearly state the product’s serial number and purchase date.
  • The serial number on the product does not match the one on the warranty card or cannot be verified for any reason.
  • The product is scratched due to long-term use.
  • The product is cracked, dented, or deformed due to impact.
  • The customer has tampered with the product or taken it to an unauthorized service center.

3. Conditions for Product Exchange or Full Refund:

  • The product is found to have a manufacturer’s defect upon receipt.
  • The product does not match the item ordered by the customer on our website.

Note:

  • Customers must request a return or exchange within 7 working days from the time of receipt.
  • The product to be returned or exchanged must have intact labels, original packaging, and the product box as when first received.
